Let’s Clear the Air is a podcast created and hosted by Jasmine Monroe, designed to spark conversation, confidence, and clarity. As a brand-new venture, the podcast needed a visual identity that immediately reflected Jasmine’s bold personality while standing out in a crowded podcast landscape.

 

The Challenge

This podcast launched as a brand-new platform with no existing visual identity. Jasmine wanted to start strong with a look that felt elevated, confident, and memorable from day one.

The challenge was creating something that:

  • Felt bold without being overpowering

  • Captured attention instantly in podcast apps and on social media

  • Balanced confidence with femininity

  • Stood out from generic or overly minimal podcast branding

The visuals needed to intrigue potential listeners before they ever pressed play.

 

The Goal

The goal was to create a podcast identity that felt:

  • Confident, expressive, and unapologetic

  • Visually striking and scroll-stopping

  • Feminine yet powerful

  • Aligned with Jasmine’s personality and voice

The brand needed to feel like a statement—something that signaled authority, style, and substance.

 

The Strategy

The creative direction leaned into a bold yet feminine aesthetic with a subtle retro, spunky flair. Typography played a major role in establishing presence, while color choices were intentionally vibrant and unexpected to elevate the overall look.

The strategy focused on:

  • Designing podcast artwork that commands attention at small sizes

  • Creating cohesive visuals that translate across platforms

  • Using layout, color, and type to convey confidence and intrigue

  • Building a system that supports both audio and visual storytelling

Every element was designed to reinforce the podcast’s energy and point of view.

 

The Solution

I developed a cohesive visual system for Let’s Clear the Air, including:

  • Podcast cover art designed to stand out across listening platforms

  • A custom podcast logo that reinforces the brand’s tone and personality

  • Social media posting graphics for episode promotion and engagement

  • A YouTube banner that extends the brand into video content

The final visuals feel expressive, polished, and unmistakably aligned with Jasmine’s voice—creating a strong and recognizable presence across platforms.

 

The Result

Let’s Clear the Air launched with a confident, visually compelling identity that immediately set the tone for the podcast. The brand captures attention, sparks curiosity, and positions the show as bold, intentional, and worth listening to.
