6 Figure Weekend Austin was a high-energy, immersive business event designed to support professionals and entrepreneurs working toward consistent six-figure careers and businesses. This event took place in Austin, Texas and featured a two-day conference experience paired with an exclusive VIP happy hour.

The Challenge

This event required translating an already-established theme and brand direction into a fully realized, in-person experience. While I did not create the theme or copy for this event, the challenge was to execute the vision at a high level—ensuring every touchpoint felt cohesive, elevated, and aligned with the overall brand.

Additionally, the event included multiple experiential layers, including VIP gifts, custom barware, and on-site sales opportunities, all of which required careful coordination and execution.

The Goal

The goal was to deliver a seamless, visually impactful experience that:

Felt bright, bold, and energizing
Supported attendee engagement across multiple days
Elevated the VIP experience through thoughtful details
Maintained brand consistency across all physical assets

The experience needed to feel intentional, polished, and professional—while still allowing room for connection, celebration, and community.

The Strategy

The strategy centered on strong execution and coordination. With the theme and copy already established, my role was to ensure that every design element, printed piece, and physical asset worked together seamlessly.

This included:

Translating the brand’s bright and colorful direction into physical environments
Designing signage, merch, and VIP materials that aligned with the established visual language
Coordinating multiple vendors to ensure print quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
Planning on-site placement to support flow, engagement, and visibility

Attention to detail and proactive coordination were key to the success of this event.

The Solution

I led event design execution and on-site coordination, including:

Event signage design and layout
Merchandise and swag design
VIP gift design and packaging
Custom napkins and cups for the VIP happy hour
Vendor coordination for printing and production
Print facilitation, delivery logistics, and on-site setup
On-site support to ensure all assets were installed properly

The event experience included:

A two-day educational conference
A VIP happy hour featuring custom-branded drinkware and napkins
Curated VIP gifts designed to elevate the attendee experience

I supported on-site execution to ensure that all branded elements were cohesive, functional, and visually aligned with the event’s goals.

The Result

6 Figure Weekend Austin delivered a polished, high-energy experience that successfully supported both education and engagement. The event not only created a memorable attendee experience but also generated on-site revenue, demonstrating the power of well-executed design in a live event setting.
